Latest news - change of practice computer system

From Monday,16 April, we are in the process of changing our practice computer system.  So, for the next two to three weeks, you are more likely to encounter disruption to booking appointments, requesting and receiving repeat prescriptions and the speed at which we can deal with queries eg non urgent test results and non urgent requests for information.  There will be no change to surgery times and no closures for training during the changeover and on the "go live" day (Thursday, 26 April).

We are doing everything we can to keep inconvenience to a minimum for you while we all get trained on the new system and continue to handle day to day work on our old computer system.

We are changing our computer system because we believe the new one will be much better, quicker and more flexible for everyone and we hope you will bear with us while it is happening.

Thank you for your support and your co-operation while we are making improvements.
